We're looking for a QA specialist to make sure what we ship works. You'll test websites and apps before every release, find problems early, and help the team fix them before clients ever see them.
What you'll do
- Write and run test plans and test cases for websites, web apps, and mobile apps
- Run manual and automated tests for functionality, usability, and performance
- Report bugs with clear steps to reproduce them, and confirm the fixes
- Review requirements and designs early to flag problems before they're built
- Track quality across releases and suggest where our process can improve
- Keep our QA documentation and checklists current
What you'll bring
- 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance, including manual and automated testing
- Experience with testing tools and QA processes
- Clear, concise test plans and bug reports
- A sharp eye for detail and a habit of asking what could break
- The ability to work independently and stay in close touch with a remote team
- A bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
